#Scout and Ghost rework idea

Scout and Ghost are known to be a bit broken, so I have done testing with both of these character to come up with the most balanced and fair changes to try and make both people who don't like scout and ghost and people who do happy.

I will start with the Ghost rework, here are the changes that would be made

  1. Have the Polterlight ability stop effected lights from turning on for a certain amount of time. (not really able to test this very well)
  2. Have the neighbor get an effect that stops him from grabbing kids when turning into his physical form. (1 to 2 seconds should be good)
  3. Make the slime stain when using the portal ability on a door slow down the opening speed of the door instead of blocking it.

Now i will move on the the Scout rework, here are the changes.

  1. Maximum of 5 nuts at a time.
  2. Nuts reserve legendary talent would be reduced from 3 nut to 2, meaning that the max amount of nuts you could have is 7.
  3. Reduce the damage of power shot from 25 to 15 to prevent scout from killing the Ghost with 7 shots. (This leaves ghost with around a quarter of health remaining)
  4. Scout would no longer start with any nuts and would need to find a bag
  5. Only have 1 bag on the map that has a random location in level 2 or 3 areas.

The only thing i slightly disagree with is being only 1 bag, maybe there should be 2 max

I still disagree with nerfing scout's nut count

I think the current amount is fine, but just nerf the actual damage and the way you shoot the nuta

I made my own idea on how scout could be reworked and in it I mostly said that power shot should take longer to charge and have a cooldown to prevent stun lock
