Leader can be way to strong if shes with 2 or more kids making it incredibly hard for the Neighbor to deal with.

If she's not in chase with the Neighbor she cannot blind the Neighbor
When using her ability she CANNOT heal herself
She can no longer revive players off the ground with her ability
The perk to extend the blind should be removed
Blinds last 1 second less

Detective can end the game under 2 mins

The less keys needed the harder the picture describes the area the key is in
Example
If 6-4 keys are needed the picture is normal (Like how it is now)
If 3 keys are needed it gets a little harder
1-2 keys left and the picture is really hard
Add a cool down whenever he finds a key or pulls up a photo
(Finding a key would be 10 seconds)
(Pulling up the photo would be 4 seconds)
Cannot put away photo for at least 1/2 seconds to prevent misclicks
When pulling up the photo for the first time it'l make the click clack noise but when pulled up again and its the SAME key it will not make the sound

Scout can easily 1v1 and KILL the Neighbor and is incredibly annoying against.
She is also VERY powerful when with other kids (specially with a LEADER)

She can only hold 7 nuts (the perk can increase that to 9)
Spamming nuts will have less speed & range and CANNOT stun the Neighbor (He's a grown man i think he can ignore some slow nuts...)
When successfully hitting someone with the Nuts she gets a small cool down like 2.5 seconds (To prevent stun locking)
When missing a Nut she will not loose any progression on her speed boost
It will take 2 fully charged nuts to remove sauce pans
When she has 3 nuts left icons will appear showing where she can refill-
-If shes got the Perk it will appear at 4-5
If the Neighbor is at half health her Nuts will deal NO damage

Ghost can be VERY strong but at the same time Stupidly weak

Lessen the "light range" so Ghost can appear a little bit closer
Add a 1.5 second grace period where Ghost CANNOT take damage when coming out of ghost form (still can get stunned)
Ghost cannot grab kids for 1.5 seconds when coming out of Ghost form (still can grab items)
If a Light is turned off during his polterlight ability it says off until it is finished
increase his Frost range thing to give kids a bigger warning

Clown and butcher can easily get beaten the crap out of when teamed up on so whenever they reach half health they're base speed is increase by a bit (until they recover more then half HP) and they get half of their current stamina back and both get 1 second stun grace period each time they're hit to help them escape
Scary Neighbor IMO is ok where he stands now Guest can somewhat jump away (Remove the shift + jump = powerful jump, its really annoying whenever your trying to FIGHT)

Thats all i can think of for now! if you have any other ideas on how to balance please type it!

Scary neighbour is in a really weird spot rn. Rage doesnt give enough health back to keep ok fighting so poeple use it to secure kills by activaging rage while holding somebody. In some matches that doesnt happen at all because of bad luck and thats kinda a red flag. Rage should give back more rage but should make it so that killing a kid is a bit slower while having it active.

2 things

  1. i had an idea for butcher back then where he could charge up his hook and there would be a bar like guest's leap: if you hold lb (or whatever button the other platform use to hook) you can charge up your hook and aim with it before you throw it. the longer you charge the farther the hook will go, but it will also take a bit more stamina (if you just press the button to throw the hook he won't aim with it and charge and will throw it out instantly). a fully charged hook can also hook kids with nomal helmets, but for flashlight helmets it will only damage it.

  2. scary neighbor should go back to how he was in the last update, because they nerfed him for some reason; before spring 2021 update - call of the kra: 5 hits to get rage, and now it's 7.

Well i'd say im a pretty good Scary main and i can do just fine with him currently. and no joke i've battled 5 kids and SURVIVED and even WON

Making it so the neighbor isn't stunned by nuts? Than whats the point?

Maybe he shouldn't be damaged by normal nuts but making him not be able to be stunned is a bad change for her

And having a 2.5 second cooldown would be horrible too for normal shooting nuts

Getting evasive maneuver would take way longer

I think her normal nuts should act as normal, and using powershot should give the slingshot a cooldown to prevent stun locking and stacking damage

Normal nuts don't do much damage at all and are good for quick escapes or quick saves, I think they are fine. Also reducing the nut count seems too punishing. I think the current nut count is fine

As for the leader thing, I think she should still be able to blind the neighbor they should just give the blindness/teamwork ability a longer cooldown than inspiration

i forgot about bagger but i wouldnt really say hes “balanced” anyway because he feels less good than he used to be and worse than other kids in general

what if he started with 3 slots, and drinking about 6 milks would allow him to put any item he wanted in the flashlight slot? basically making it into a normal slot

i sort of like drinking milk to unlock the extra slots better (even if it doesnt make as much sense) but thats only because im impatient and its faster most of the time. but that sounds good too

Since milk has Calcium that makes bones stronger (except if you have way too much, it breaks your bones), drinking milk would make the strong knees ability unlocked.
