Hey, please try the following and let us know if that worked:

Restart the Nintendo Switch system by holding down the POWER Button for at least three seconds, then select Power Options and then Restart;
Make sure your system software and game are on the latest version;
Check for corrupt data;
Delete and reinstall the game;
Most importantly, download the game directly to the system memory.

Do you have a MicroSD card for extra storage? If so, the game should not be on the card's memory, if this is what they said.
