#new Neighbor class?

this is kind of a hot take, but what if Man in the hat (MITH, or for fans, Smith) became a Neighbor class? he would fit this "chase the kids down" character, since I don't think he likes them at all. or anyone else. the park map would even fit him, for example. I'd love to play as him, I know there is an event with the character, but it was HG related...
he could blind the kids with flash, and he would be faster and quieter than the other Neighbors.

guest is not theodore tho. Guest is guest. Guest was only equal to theodore in hg. Guest is now a stupid demon. Idk with all the canon changes and sn originally being a spinoff, i could slide smith into the neighbor class easily. He is good character material, they should have done something with him.
