#New perks for Scout

Perks are a great way to switch up gameplay in secret neighbor and i have a few suggestions for some new perks for scout. (ignore my uncreative names)

"fast thinker"                                                    increases quick shot stun time by 5%, 10%, 15%

"fast shots"                                                increases flight speed of nuts by 10%, 20%, 30%

"quick actions"                                                increases reload speed by 15%, 25%, 35%

"mobile shooter"                                          increases movement speed while aiming by 5%, 7.5%, 10%

(these numbers can tweaked if its too unbalanced)

The fast shooter will drive the nuts out of me, I'm already getting spammed every second by a slingshot and prob won't help. But the others seem fine.

Yeah, reading back my post I can say that the numbers of "fast shots" should be decreased.

When a level 30 scout gets 3 of these abilities at max level:

scout is already powerful enough without any perks unless your scary neighbor

You cant even catch one kid. It dosnt matter what neighbor you are
