its easier to just hear someone say “watch out its a trap” rather than a tiny icon on your screen though + not every emote has an icon (mostly the unnecessary ones but still)

It could have a little message on top of the ping if you're close by. So for example, if you do have the emotes muted, and someone needs you to open a cabinet with a crowbar and you are besides them, then you'll here the ping sound and it'll say: "We need a crowbar to open this" or something like that

as i said its easier to just hear someone say something rather than icons so if there were more voicelines for more things it would be easier
