Maybe it could be an easter egg, it could be a guy working on his car or watering his plants or something but I think it'd be cool if you guys can put this guy as some sort of easter egg in the game. This guy was the first ever concept art of Theodore (The Neighbor) it looked really similar to the one we have now except for the clothing, the haircut and the mustache (but also the head shape). It would be cool to put something for this to use and also to see the light of day.

I think it would be funny, if in the Peterson house all of his old concept sweaters would be hanging from a drawer.
