He was a mysterious character seen in the alphas for HG/HN2 he was more of a out of bounds character in HG that would stalk us in our shift, but in HN2 alphas we could be able to go to him but we had to get to the top of the tram cars. It would be cool if you guys can return him maybe he could be sitting down on a bench reading his newspaper like in the AI trailer and maybe a cop car would pass by and he hides himself with it, or maybe just drive off to an out of bounds place. Or stop by Gerda's bakery and eat a pastry and read his newspaper. If we get too close to him he'll give us a stare or put his newspaper close to his face, but also make him talk to the AIs (probably not Mr. Peterson) maybe he'd talk about something to them and if we interfere maybe they'd stare or something. I don't know if he could work as a side quest and a story character that would be cool if he did, he was just a mysterious cool guy and it'd be cool if you guys brought him back. But also if he does come back he should have a shady area to live or something.
