now, i don't have a direct idea on how to fix something like this as most of the obvious ones are things that you've already done (like restart your game). i had to wait a while to be able to play the game after the update due to a unity error

So hopefully a hotfix will be pushed out very soon. i know the team reads these even if it seems like they don't.
