In another feedback involving a TV in the banner again, I was thinking and decided that possibly there could be a system in the game, not like an neural network or anything advanced but instead it'd go this way.
Let's say you keep getting caught over and over again, blindly rushing into the neighbor's house without planning anything. Obviously security in other houses are going to go up as news reports of Quentin breaking in are going to get out. I figure they'd go up already if Quentin is already sneaking in but not getting caught but I don't think the neighbors would just do nothing if they hear about a journalist breaking into a bakery, crime scene, museum, etc.
Perhaps this can be optional like the 'Friendly Neighbor' situation, I know some people struggle but i want this as it would encourage players to be sneaky and not brute force or else it'd get harder.
