Quentin's Recorder / Fun Feature Idea

Quentin has a Recording Device that he always carries, but it seems to lack a use right now. So, here's one that i'd like to suggest.

You press a button on your keyboard, and Quentin pulls out the Microphone, then points it in front of himself. This can be used to record whatever noises are playing at the time.

When you're done recording, you can turn it into a Casette Tape that you can then play in the Tape Recorder. I'd imagine that if you need to provide evidence, of say, a conversation, you can easily record it at the press of a button.

It's a cool idea, but I don't see much of a reason for it unless you're recording a conversation between an NPC and themselves, consisting only of grunts. Because that's the only direction I see hn2 going in.

now i can record myself throwing trash bags at the local police officer

we need more stuff like this in the game to add a more sanboxy feel to the game

since it doesnt have a practical use but its just fun

I can imagine this being used for a side quest like when we have to give a news reporter some stuff to report about

It would be cool if when you got evidence on the tape recorder you get paid by whoever you’re working for then you can use the money to buy extra items like in HG

Plus I had a really cool idea for the recorder

What if recording certain things had different effects on NPCs, for example, what if you made Mr. Peterson mad and recorded his growls, and then playing it in the Mayor's house to make him think that Mr. Peterson has broken in.
