More music depending on day and night

I think it'd be a nice idea to include more town_day and town_night music in the game, with the second one not being used at all. Have more day town music play in the day of course and then when night comes switch to town_night; I think this was an idea you had but just didn't do it in time, there's music we got from town_night and it just sounds awesome so I'd like it being included, I think other people would too.

Right now the game uses some of the town_theme tracks for night if I remember correctly however using town_night would be nice too

Town Night 4 here will most likely be used for a new area in the open world
