Otto vs stairs

When Otto uses the stairs to go in the basement of his house,e freezes there for no reasons

I've experienced this on xbox. When otto is walking down the stairs, he stops at the bottom and gets stuck. The only way to get him unstuck is to make noise upstairs. But right after he goes up there to see what the noise is, he goes back to the basement stairs just to get stuck again.

It’s happened to me, it seems to be at the last steps of the stairs leading to the basement, and he just freezes there, unless he hears a sound coming from the higher levels, he can still spot the player below but not move.

This ruins all his parte of the game...cause he constantly freezes and can't do his tasks in basement anymore
