More tasks for Otto would be cool maybe he could play a banjo cause why not. Another thing he could do is prop up skull heads like in the Beta promotional picture, and taxidermize, I mean he taxidermizes in the game but he does it invisibly just like how Gerda kneaded dough invisibly before the dough was eventually added he should have a tool and a piece of wood while reading his book.
