Its because you should delete you save from the full game also the playtest its gonna get updated

This is a pretty dumb bug really. They should probably look into doing something about it

Its bacause the beta was made in an older version of unreal engiens so it a UE problem and not a HN problem

Or you could just make Playtest and FG seperate save files..
