I wouldn't call this a glitch, but a icon to interact with it is still there. The piano stool in the mayor's house shows an Interaction icon but nothing happens when pressing the interaction button (right bumper). I assume this was a scrapped idea where you could pick up the mayors stool before he sat down to make him fall over as a distraction or prank.

And yes I was spamming the right bumper the entire time
