He looks a lot less bleak with his biker equipment and boots on, I like the boots aswell and how they just look like stumps, and maybe still keep some things from HG aswell, maybe add the horn from HG and when you use it you can stun an enemy or make them mess up a task or wake them up.

As for the horn if u add the guest as a weeping angel type thing, add the horn to scare him off, and if man in the hat ever makes it in, imagine him being off putted by the horn and he just decides to stop watching you early?

Idk his old model's proportions were kinda weird. They made his legs way too skinny and his outfit doesn't really have any consistency.
