Me and some friends were just about to hop on some secret neighbor when none of us could even get to the lobby. All we would get it reason 22. Please fix this. I used to love this game and I wouldn’t want you guys to just not fix this because this is one of my favorite games and it would be incredible if I could play it again.

Go to the Steam library
Find Secret Neighbor
Right-click on the game and choose Properties
Go to the Local files tab and click Browse
Right-click on Secret Neighbour.exe
Click Run this program as an administrator

Were you able to play the game before, and if yes, when did it stop working?
Using Microsoft's FAQ here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/connect-network/xbox-one-nat-error, find your NAT type and share it with us.
If available, try connecting on another network (e.g., a mobile one) and see if that helps.

Still doesn’t work, this has been happening ever since a little after the guest neighbor was released into the game. Yes me and my friends would play this game all the time before.

Also, just downloaded the game on my phone. It works just fine, but the Xbox still doesn’t.

Hello, I just got the game and its doing that Reason: 22 for me to on Xbox One X. I cleared the cache, still happens. I uninstalled it and cleared the cache and reinstalled it, still heppens. So is this being adreessed or not? I just bought the game for my son and gifted 2 copies to my daughter so they can play also. Did I just waste my money on a non working game? Answers please devs!
