I bought game pass a few months ago (witch has ended now) because there was an announcement that if you had game pass you could get 2 exclusive skins. When I subscribed to game pass I never got the skins in my account.

All you had to do was go to the Ultimate Perks and click go over the SN bundle and click redeem. And it should've given you your stuff
