Delete hologryph folder from .../appdata/LocalLow/Hologryph Just type in searchbar "%appdata%"

WARNING It will delete all your unexported maps! Make copy first!

I'm having the same problem as well. I did follow the trobleshooting "Authentication error," it didn't work, samething with deleting hologryph.
