Now that kids get a speed boost after escaping your gloved hands, there's no reason why you should have an extremely long stun. Removing it would make inescapable combat more balanced, so that you're still a threat after a foiled kidnapping attempt.

The saved child gets an insane speed boost after escaping. A minor speed debuff for less than a second would be good when a kid escapes your grasp I guess.
