This will not have insane features that they should add, but more of things to add that would make the AI function better, rather than be more advanced.
- CHANGE THE AI CATCHING METHOD PLEASE, When an AI gets close enough to you or gets to the spot it wants to cut you off and it doesnt catch you, it will stop cutting you off entirely just to catch you. This ruins the Advanced AI because each AI is as fast if not faster than you, And this triggers all the time. It is better than the AI before patch 6, but it is less fun to mess around with. A good idea would be to make the AI slower, and make it do the same thing, however if the AI fails to catch you after it stops cutting you off for like 2 seconds, it will go back to the mode where it cuts you off.
- Just remake the freeroam AI. Everyone can Agree with this one, The freeroam AI doesnt function if your fps isnt stupidly high, And that is a problem, if your lower than 40fps the AI can barely even chase you. They just need to put the normal game AI in the freeroam AI, please god do this, It would fix so much about the game.
- Make AI chase you longer (when you arent right in front of them) before they go into hunt mode. This would fix the problem of AI just instantly losing you after you turn a corner. HN1 had an AI that was like this however it was too smart, no matter how many corners you turned it knew which way you went, which made it hard to escape, but not in a good way, it was just annoying. I think the HN2 AI should be a bit more like that but not to the point where it ruins Hunt mode
- Speed up the player, or Slow down the AI. I already mentioned this, But one of these has to change in order to fix some of the game. The AI is too fast, It catches you in seconds after it starts chasing you, I understand this encourages stealth but since the game is so short you get to a point where you want to mess around with the AI, and you cant really do that when the AI is like 2+ times faster than you, Maybe in Freeroam you could make the player as fast as he is outside inside as well, so that you can mess around with the AI more, but thats just a thought.
- Simply Increase the chasing boundaries for everyone in the game. Neilsen should chase you to the end of the road, Gerda should chase you until you are completely out of the bakery (only if you are currently being chased), Otto should chase you to the lake (if he even manages to chase you (More in number 6), The major should be able to chase you outside until you leave his area, and Mr Peterson should chase you out into the yard.
- Please, Just please do something with Otto, I dont even know what to say here, He just doesnt work, At all, I dont even know how to fix what you guys have done to him at this point.
- Since you guys cant seem to fix the freezing inside houses NO MATTER WHAT, could you at least make the AI play some sort of animation that looks a bit better than him just stopping, It would make immersion so much better when being chased inside, I mean, you could also just fix the freezing, but you arent so...
- PLEASE OH PLEASE Make Neilsens chase music play when you start getting chased outside and you enter the house, I DONT KNOW WHY, but it breaks the chase music and it wont play until the suspense theme is supposed to play, With a game with great music, This ruins so much of Neilsens house for me, especially how you start getting chased outside so much. This has been a problem since the beta, PLEASE FIX IT!!!!
