Make a kids reacting to smoke animation

In secret neighbor, you don't even see the kids reacting to the smoke other than losing their own health, so from the next update, make an animation of them reacting when a smoke is approached to them, as it is more realistic and makes more sense for them to react as the smoke is very strong and can kill them if they are not avoiding it
