I think it would make the town a lot more lively if there was the mall, the weather station, and amusement park. The mall can have a crime scene there and leslie could be there to keep the player out, but is not canon to the story and the player can go in there to find extra items, the weather station can allow quentin to see the weather on his watch, and the amusement park can have lore and story, and have the guest.
