The game has become unplayable these past months, it crashes whenever, without any reason, I genuinely cannot enjoy the game anymore. Please do something about this!

Hey, thank you for letting us know of this. Is there any specific part of the game this happens, or is it completely random?

It was happening... Now I sometimes only crash when the game is loading. Before it was sometimes when joining a lobby (think got patched).

Okay. Now I've got a bug where I can't change character or else I crash. Already posted something about this with an easy fix, but the fix is too long to do and a waste of time. Please fix this.
