This would kinda work like in the old Christmas trailer basically.
I would only make it available to one neighbor though, that being Scary Neighbor, due to his rage ability.
During rage, Scary Neighbor can break down doors instead of just kicking them in like usual. The door would slowly fall apart until it became nothing more of a door way.
This way, Rage wont just be a short invincibility buff, but also an effective way to make it harder for the Kids to stop the Neighbor mid chase.
