All doors in the Museum should be like the one of the balcony or backdoor entrance. Having no sight of what's on the other side of the door would make Mr. Peterson more unpredictable, and making the game more suspenseful and spooky.

the glass on the door was actually supposed to be a replacement for keyhole peeking
in the first game, you can see if the AI is coming using keyhole
since HN2 doesnt have that, they made the doors have windwos

yes, Neighbor's house doesnt have windowed doors, but there are lot of holes in the walls with which you can see thruogh
