Currently the game autosaves whenever you place or pick up an item. This feature is pretty stupid due to the fact that it can occasionally cause lag and makes the threat of getting caught almost nonexistent.
I suggest that autosaving any time you do anything should be removed. Autosaving would still exist but it would save occasionally after time has passed.
So the main mechanic of new saving is maybe the computer in Quentin's Office, which would save the game when interacted with like HNVR. I think some manual saving stations should exist in the town as well, like an ATM at the Bakery's exterior dining.
