Had an issue with the ripped pictures to place into the picture frame. After 3 were placed with in the frame and when I was caught by the police officer the ripped pictures respawned at their orignal place and wouldn't show in the frame and they couldn't be picked up. I reset the game and also tried to reload last save and the issues were still present. I bypassed this issue by placing the last piece for the picture in the frame and it unlocked with only showing one rendered ripped piece in the picture frame.
