During the credits, none of the flashcards depicting the events after the ending appeared. And I didn't think this was worth its own post, but the player model used during the credits is an untextured bean with a purple directional arrow coming out the front, which technically might not be a bug? But it's pretty embarrassing either way and should definitely be hidden.
