I am not able to buy tickets, it puts me in a infinite loading screen. Is there a way to buy them on steam or fix this?

Hi! Please try the following and let us know if anything helped:

  • Ensure that your Steam Client is on the latest version;
  • Check if you have any pending transactions under your Steam purchase history, and if so, cancel them;
  • Disable any active VPNs;
  • Make sure that the Steam overlay is activated (both under the Secret Neighbor and Steam Settings).
