Create a moodier atmosphere for future chapters

I think a darker tone for the game would be better for expansions. Maybe in chapter 2 Raven Brooks will be having terrible storms, destroying various locations and making the town dirty (It would look reminiscent of Alpha 2's style). When the storms were at their worst, nobody would dare step outside.. except for a strange figure stalking the darkened streets.
