As the boy with glasses i fell off the roof and ended up respawning into the house where i shouldn't be. any suggestions on how to fix it? i've tried everything and it wont fix

it was standalone Quest 2
I was standing
And i did no form of height calibration close to it happening
The rundown of what happened is I fell off the roof while climbing as you have to then I believe i switched to a different person switched back then i was spawned inside the hosue where i wasnt meant to be
Unfortunately this made me have to compeltely restart
