I’m sure you all know about the AI Running animations that went unused. I have an idea that could reimplement it.. but differently.

So, here’s what I came up with!

Me and many other people have noticed that the player generally slows down when entering an AI’s property - and I know this is intentional. But why not make it only inside the buildings? Maybe instead, the AI can run outside their property to still be a threat when the player is also faster.

This would also fix inconsistencies. Several areas slow the player down despite not having an enemy.

i love this idea
