Hey! Could you please let us know what your headset is?

Thank you. Are you using Air link or cable link to play?

cable link

the issue seems to only happen if it's launched from steamvr, launching it standalone fixes this (first instance of main menu will sometimes be black)

i think they mean like if you're on steam, you go to the game's install folder and launching the HNVR.exe from there instead of through steam.

yeah from the game's install folder, but it seems it also ties to steamvr as well so idk how that works.

I tried to disable SteamVR but even when I launched the game through HNVR.exe, steamvr turned on

#

In general, I also noticed that the grab button in HNVR works but only in the menu, not in the game anymore....

Hi, thank you for letting us know of this. Could you try the following and let us know if any of those helped?

  • Are your SteamVR input bindings on default?
  • Which Controller profile are you using? You can see that under SteamVR settings > Controllers > Show old bindings UI.
  • Try running the game without starting the SteamVR app and see if that helps.
  • Set Oculus as your default OpenXR runtime and see if that helps. To do that, open the Oculus app on your PC and go to Settings > General > Set Oculus as active.
