Like instead of it just instantly transforming to night it should slowly become night Also instead of Quentin teleporting home he should go to bed.

I agree. Tinybuild made a whole feature and cutscene for it in the beta and completely got rid of it all in the full game, and now Quentin just teleports to bed and has a small animation for getting up.
