Add a Portrait of Theodore's Parents

Roger and Adele Peterson were Mr. Peterson's (The Neighbor's) parents. It would be cool if you guys can add this picture maybe it would play a flashback cutscene of them working on the Mayak or something since in the books they were meteorologists and they were also responsible for creating the Mayak. I don't know if we can get an item from it but it'd be cool to have them have a use in the game since they were only seen in the books. Maybe it would be somewhere in the Neighbor's house.

to understand him deeper or something like that

Idk I feel loke it would work better if Quentin learns about them and then we see a nightmare sequences with them

But like they would need to make models just for a single cutscene
