Update the model for Quentin's van

Like how in this image from (what I assume is) a fanmade mod there is junk in the back of the van after it crashes.

Also they should update the model for the dashboard so it actually reacts to the van being driven in the intro and so Quentin isn't just shoving the key into it when he starts the van either.
