One of the features that made Hello Neighbor 1 different than any other games was the artstyle. In HN1 everything was warped, the furniture was broken and repaired with duct tape, but in HN2 everything looks perfect (except for Mr. Peterson's dining table which sitll remains loyal to the original game). The old artstyle was one of the things that I loved most in Hello Neighbor, and seeing this crap after paying 50 bucks for this game which is way to much was just the purest form of disappointment a human being could ever imagine
#Bring back old artstyle

I agree with you, I also prefer the old one miles more than this new one, I think it's kinda boring and has nothing special to it, but they're not gonna bring the old one back now, the games already out, and if they would update it all the fans of this artstyle would complain.
The old one fits more on the alphas, because it looks like an poor minimalist cubism 3D blender models there are more acceptable because of the "in development" felling like you are playing an early alpha version of the game and the 3D models it's because they are trying to develop more the game play and map structure, then the art-style details of the object. Get my point?
Well the "poor minimalist cubism 3D blender" style looked better
The atmosphere felt original and really interesting, the new one just feels super simplified.
I agree too, the old artstyle had a vibe that i really liked cause it looked crazy and fitted the game.
