Name: Thief Neighbor
Appearance: grey-white prison uniform with a big bag on the back, the bag is big to kidnap a kid and carry more items, more like bagger neighbor.
**Skill: **

  • In his kid form, when getting close and interact with other kids, he can steal one of the items (except keys) in other kids' inventory and store it in his secret slots so nobody can detect he holding that item.
  • But when he collect about 5 coins or chocolates he can use those coins/ chocolate to bribe keys of other kids.
  • He cannot eliminate kids but he captures them instantly and send them to his jail room and other kids have to travel a very long path to rescue their friends, by using their collected coins and buy a key card in vending machines to open the door of jail room.
  • He drops collected coins when defeated.
  • He moves slower and his throwing damage lesser than normal neighbors due to his big bag.
