Separate the Gnome and the Street cameras from the Portable Camera you find at the First House
Make a different watching tablet, Like the Hello-copter, That way you guys can add more Portable Cameras without them crossing the Gnome and the Street cameras
Also If you guys make this suggestion come become real, Put the watching tablet for the gnome and street cameras, inside the Mayor's House. It would be more lore accurate
