So by equipping a tool and waiting long enough/pressing the F key he can do any of the following:
Hold the crowbar with both hands and look it up and down
Snip the air with the scissors to test them
Wipe muck off the end of the shovel with his sleeve
Inspect both sides of the wrench with one hand
Adjust the nozzle of the fire extinguisher with one hand.
Repeating the pickup animations he does with the Museum keys.
Playing heads or tails with the Golden Apple coin.
