In his house he has a picture of him taking a photo with presumably the missing journalist near his bed. I think it would be cool if we can interact with it and then it will give us a flashback cutscene as to may what have happened, it won't give us a item but it'll give us some sort of small backstory between Otto and the missing journalist and some more lore bits.
