Performance has been an issue with this game for me. At launch, the intro worked fine, but I got 2 fps after the intro. Turns out it was a bug with the CCTV videos in the office. One of my friends told me to delete the CCTV videos from the files, and I did, and the game worked perfect! I was able to enjoy the game. Tho this bug still remains even in the latest patches. But the issue with the performance began with patch 5. We all know what problems the RTX created. Even after the hotfixes, the fps rate stayed below 10. It never crossed 10 fps ever since patch 5, even after the latest patches. If I go to settings to turn off RTX, it shows unsupported, I cant turn off the RTX. I also tried deleting settings.sav, the performance doesnt improve. Pls fix this. Also note that the game worked perfect before patch 5.

From my understanding, you're unable to turn off the RTX and even tried deleting the Settings.sav from C:\Users\your account name\AppData\Local\HelloNeighbor2\Saved\SaveGames?
Could you try deleting it once again and then share screenshots from your in-game RTX graphics settings? Additionally, please also let us know what your PC specifications and OS are.
