Model house in musuem

I have tried over and over but the model house to unlock the safe wont click into place no matter what i do and i dont know how to fix the issue

yea im putting the pink house first in the right corner and then i place the brown house on the left and the blue in the middle but nothing happens and the safe stays close ;-;
