So it would be like Alpha 1.5 where instead of putting the item back in it's place when you are caught, the characters would put items like the trophies and cash register buttons in places, or maybe even guard them a bit. It would also be cool if the AI would reset a few already placed puzzle pieces when you get caught. For example, the taxidermist could remove a map piece from the board and then hide it if he catches you.
It would also be cool if Mr. Peterson could put keys in his pockets if you are caught with them, so you will have to sneak them off him like in the boss battle.
