Kids can stick together the entire round sometimes making it unreasonably hard for neighbors to win or even catch just one kid. The neighbor needs to have more tools at his disposal to separate groups of kids.
I had an idea for another button next to the radar in the neighbor room and next to other radars in the map which only the neighbor can use that when activated reverses the state of all neighbor gates in the house... this way you could use the radar to see where kids are and close gates on them from in the neighbor room and separate people then go and hunt them (you should also be able to see the outline of gates with the radar like in older versions). Or maybe there could be a way to choose which gates you want to shut opposed to activating all of them
The neighbor should not breath heavily when running unless he is really low on stamina and the sound of him using bookshelf doors should be quieter so that it is easier to surprise split off kids. It would also be a good idea to add more gates on maps 2 - 5 as there aren't many gates like in map 1, and some vents should be removed (or maybe randomly bricked off) as some of them allow kids to easily bypass neighbor gates.
Another good thing to do would be to make emotes have a view distance limit. What I mean is make emote icons only appear to other players who are close by, this way the kids can't give away the neighbor's location to players that are on the other side off the map, allowing the neighbor to get the kid without the other kids rushing to his location when they aren't near him. (this should not effect the icon that appears when a kid is downed or trapped; only effect Help, You're The Neighbor, and other contextual emote icons)
There should be even more ways to get the kids split up as well, but that is a few ways that I thought would be cool
