Greeting Mechanic

Would be nice if we can be able to emote in the game like we can wave to one of the AI's maybe some of them will wave back or smile at us, but maybe for some of them they will either ignore us or threaten us. I think that would be cool to have in the game, as the game's title says, Hello Neighbor.
