In patch 7, Mr. Peterson's wrench on his person is impossible to grab because the pick-up prompt doesn't show up and it doesn't register that you're in grabbing distance and your cursor is aimed on the wrench. I had to download a mod just so I could spawn a wrench. This has never happened in other patches so this is a new glitch.
