Some ideas for Town People:

  1. Home Citizens, Maybe we could see silhouettes of People in different homes, at Daytime they could be talking on the phone, talking to each other ETC, we could even her there voices, at Nighttime maybe they could be peaking out windows making little murmuring, and if the Player notices them, they will close there curtains on them, symbolising how Quentin is a new person in town.

  2. Vandals, maybe we could see Vandals walking around town, they could be in the streets and other parts, they could pull pranks, maybe they could go to Recycling Bins and sorts, and take garbage and throw it at houses, the Player and the AI if they throw it at an AI the AI will chase them away, they could also hide in bushes and if the Player gets close they will jump out and scare them and run away, if the Player try’s to get close to them, they will get startled and run away.

I'm imagining the vandals sort of doing a Skate 3 so when you throw something at them they run over to you, push you over and then walk away and keep doing their thing
